Heres one I made up and it was really yummy! -Kerri
1 Head cauliflower, broken into small florettes
1 each red & yellow bell peppers, sliced
3 Anaheim chilies, seeds removed and sliced in rings
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
salt to taste
Heat oil in skillet. Add all the peppers and garlic and saute until partically soft and then add cauliflower, paprika and salt. Saute on low heat add tiny bits of water to keep moist until to desired tenderness. Do not over cook. The slower this cooks the more the flavors blend.
