Honey glazed grilled peaches and plums w/ mint and feta

6-8 firm mix of peaches and plums, cut in half, pits removed
5 T honey
1T fresh chopped mint
1 T fresh lemon juice
1T slivered almonds (opt)
1-2 T crumbled feta cheese

Mix honey lemon juice and mint till combined. Toss the fruit in the mixture to coat. Put the stone fruit cut side down on a oiled grill and grill until the fruit is well marked about 3 min. Plate the fruit and sprinkle more chopped mint feta and almonds. Alternatives would be goat cheese, crème’ fraiche’,
Blue cheese or even vanilla ice cream! Yum…. Viva summer!
