Specifically for TFF’s (Temporary Food Facilities) and prepackage prepared foods.  This is where food vendors go to obtain a health permit after they obtain approval from farmers market management.  Prepackaged food must be prepared in a state health inspected kitchen in accordance with Environmental Health codes.
