5 Spice Celery and Shiitake Stir Fry

2 cups celery, chopped into small slices
1 1/2 cup shiitake mushroom, sliced
1 tablespoon each mint and cilantro, minced
1 teaspoon orange zest plus juice of 1 orange
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1-2 tablespoon honey(depending on desired sweetness)
1 teaspoon Surrender Spices: year of the Chinese 5 spice
2-4 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon sesame seed
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in wok or large pan over medium-high heat, add celery and cook 2 minutes while stirring. Add the shiitakes and cook 2 minutes more. Season w salt pepper and 5 spice, stir. Turn to low then make the glaze. In a small bowl whisk together the OJ, zest, sesame oil and honey. Season w salt and pepper then add to pan or wok. Stir to coat then turn off heat and add sesame seeds and fresh herbs
Makes 4 servings. This dish is delicious served over rice or quinoa, great with fish, shrimp or chicken. Add Cashews or peanuts for more crunchiness!
