Avocado Basmati Rice

2 cups cooked basmati (or other rice/ grain)
1/2 red onion, minced
2 ripe avocados,, diced medium
1 large tomato diced small
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cilantro, minced
Juice of 2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all in a bowl and keep cold till ready to serve eat in 2-3 days
