Another Kale Salad!

1 bunch kale, chopped fine
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 dried cranberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small apple, small diced
Drizzle of EVOO & balsamic vinegar (about 2 tablespoons each)

Massage kale with Lemon juice and a bit of salt until soft ( about 2 min). Add all the ingredients together, toss till well combined. Eat and enjoy!
