Farmers Market Slaw with No-Mayo Dressing

Slaw Ingredients:
 3 cups cabbage, chopped or thinly sliced
 2 large carrots, scrubbed, grated
 2 apples, cored, diced
 1 cup raisins
 ½ cup raw sunflower kernels
Dressing Ingredients:
  cup extra virgin olive oil
 Juice of 1 lime or lemon
 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 2 tbsp raw honey
 1 tsp celery seed
 ¼ tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp sea salt

In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the dressing, and whisk well.

In a large bowl, add the cabbage, carrots, apples, raisins, and sunflower seeds

Add the dressing mixture and toss/mix until the slaw is well-coated with dressing. Enjoy!

Note: If you’re planning to serve the slaw later, you can prepare the dressing separately in a small bowl and pour in the dressing only when you’re ready to serve.
