Quinoa Slaw

Serves 4
Slaw Ingredients:
2 cups purple cabbage, chopped
1 cup quinoa, cooked
1 cup carrots, grated
1/3 cup green onions, thinly sliced
¼ cup raw almonds, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Dressing Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1/8 tsp toasted sesame oil
Pinch each of salt and pepper

Directions:
In a large bowl, add all of the slaw ingredients and toss until combined. Add desired amount of dressing and serve immediately. Enjoy!
