Easy Lime- Chicken Salad

1 ½ cups cooked, diced chicken

1 cup diced sweet yellow, red or orange bell pepper

½ cup diced red onion

2 carrots, thinly sliced

1 orange, peeled, sectioned and diced

1 cup diced avocado

2 tsp toasted flax seed or sesame seeds

2 cups baby greens

1 tsp LIME SALAD DRESSING

Dressing Ingredients:

2 tsp Lime Sauce (7th Heaven Gourmet)

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp Orange or Lime Sea Salt

LIME SALAD DRESSING:

Whisk together Lime Sauce (7th Heaven Gourmet) with olive oil and Orange or Lime Sea Salt

SALAD:

Toss lightly together: chicken, peppers, onion and carrots with LIME SALAD DRESSING.

Add avocado and very lightly toss until combined

Place salad greens on each plate, Then top with chicken mix

Sprinkle with flax or sesame seeds. Serve.
