Not Just Another Kale Salad

 1 bunch kale, chopped fine
 ½ red onion, sliced thin
 Juice of 1 lime
 ½ cup chopped fresh basil
 ¼ cup dried cranberries
 ¼ cup slivered almonds
 Salt and pepper to taste
 1 small apple, small diced
 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Massage kale with Lemon juice and a bit of salt until soft ( about 2 min)

Add all the ingredients together, toss till well combined. Eat and enjoy!
