Tex Mex BBQ Relish


½  jar     Tats Showdown  BBQ sauce
½ cup   onion diced small
corn removed from  1 cob
1                 Anaheim chili, finely chopped
1 cup        fresh tomato, diced
½ cup       cauliflower, diced
1 stalk    celery, finely chopped
1               carrot, finely chopped
1               jalapeno, finely diced, seeds and ribs removed
1 can       black bean, rinsed and drained

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.  Serve with chips or as a side dish along with your favorite grilled protein.

Or, pulse in food processor or blender until slightly smooth, warm in skillet and serve on small rolls as mini veggie sloppy sliders!
