by

Refreshing and delicious grapefruit strawberry mojito recipe! Learn how to make a mojito with fresh strawberries, grapefruit, and mint. An amazing spring cocktail!

Category
Yields1 Serving
 10 medium fresh mint leaves
 1 tsp sugar
 1 medium strawberry, thinly sliced
1 ½" slice of grapefruit, cut in half
2 oz white or silver rum
4 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
 2 oz club soda
sliced strawberry, sliced grapefruit, and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
1

Add the mint leaves, sugar, strawberry slices, and grapefruit slices to a large cocktail glass. Muddle, avoiding the pith of the grapefruit, until the sugar is dissolved.

2

Fill your glass with ice. Add the rum and the grapefruit juice then top with club soda to fill the glass (you may not need the full 2oz). Gently stir, keeping the muddled ingredients below the ice.

3

Garnish with sliced strawberries, sliced grapefruit, and mint leaves. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes:
4

I like ruby grapefruits for cocktails because they are sweeter than other grapefruits.

5

This is delicious as a mocktail! All you need to do is leave out the rum. You can either add more grapefruit juice OR more club soda to fill your glass, whichever you prefer. Cheers!
