Kale Broccoli Salad with Lemon Dill Dressing

1 bunch kale, stemmed and chopped thin
1 head broccoli, stemmed and cut into small florets
1 avocado, diced small
½ red onion, slivered
2 carrots, shredded
3 tbsp slivered almonds
Dressing:
Juice and zest of a large lemon
2 tbsp minced fresh dill
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl, and make dressing.

In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients - combine with salad and enjoy
