Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

 1 large head of broccoli, cut into spears
 23 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 Sea salt and black pepper to taste
 12 oz parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix the olive oil with the salt and pepper, then coat the broccoli with it.

Place the broccoli on a shallow baking pan and cook in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until it has reached desired tenderness.

Be careful to not let it burn. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheese over the broccoli. Place back in the oven just until the cheese melts. Serve and enjoy!
