Summer Salad

Yields1 Serving
 1 bunch fresh spinach
 1 head Romaine
 1 ½ cups Strawberries, sliced , hats removed
 1 large avocado, peeled, diced
 ½ red onion, sliced thin
 ¼ cup toasted almonds, sliced
Dressing;
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 Juice of 1 orange
 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tsp poppy seeds

Blend the dressing ingredients together in small bowl

Clean and remove stems from spinach

Wash, drain and chop Romaine into bite size pieces

Toss the salad ingredients together with the dressing.
