Silly Goose Foods

Hello my name is Michelle but most people know me by “Goose”. I have two children my daughter, Lakyn, and my son, Jacob. I have two beautiful grandchildren my grandson, Theo 6 and my granddaughter Dakota 6. Both of my children are single parents with demanding careers so I have done gig jobs for the past six years so that I could stay at home and help them both with their children. My daughter started researching online of jobs that I would be able to do from home so that I could have more time with my grand children, but still earn a living. She then learned about freeze dried candy and took a leap of faith and tried it out. I then learned the ropes, and she turned it over to me and the rest is history. I love what I do and I have so much fun doing it. I absolutely love trying out new candies not everything works, but I learn by trial and error. I really have found some thing that I truly enjoy doing and my goal is to take it as far as I possibly can after the first of the year I would love to launch online ordering.

A lot of people are curious as to why they call me Goose well it started before my grand children were born when I was trying to decide what I wanted to be called. When I was young, I used to call my grandmother, granny Goose and I decided that that is what I wanted my grandchildren to call me however, somewhere in the mix the word granny was dropped and the name Goose stuck. It is not only my family that calls me Goose, it goes as far as friends, teachers, medical personnel. You name it they all call me, Goose. My granddaughter, Dakota is the one who added “Silly” to the name.

I am a people person and I love all of the new faces that I have met. I want to thank everyone for all the love and support that I have been given.
