Vendor Requirements

Allowable items may include:

• Hand-made, homespun, unique gifts, creative ideas, crafty, hard to find...
• Collectibles: items that are numbered, registered, trade-marked, true collectibles (items of real value).
• Eco-friendly: products that support the 'green movement' - products that support a clean planet.
• Health Products: Independent Distributors - these are limited to the number allowed.
• Antiques & Retro: these must be true antiques - Those items that are found from a certain era.
• Aromatics: Incense, soaps, lotions, perfumes, and oils mixed or made by the seller.

Not Allowable items may include:

• NO JUNK! No yard sale, garage sale, car stuff, tools.
• NO swap meet or dollar store items.
• NO damaged goods or items that have not been previously approved by management.
• ALL items that have not been previously approved by management.

ALL items must be first approved by management PRIOR to adding it to your inventory for sale.

Retail Requirements

1. Resale Number to be included in the application. Apply at www.boe.ca.gov
2. PICTURES (in PDF format) of your product set up under your 10x10 straight leg, vendor canopy. Show off your passion and image.
3. PICTURES (in PDF format) of all 40 pound canopy style weights filled with sand ONLY for each leg of canopy(s); no other weights are permitted. Setups are to be securely weighted and properly attached. Market insurance will not cover vendor negligence. Below is a picture of the only type of weights that we accept, and a link to the set we use.

Food Requirements

1. Copy of Temporary Food Facility Permit (on sight) or Cottage license (at home)
   1. Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Vendor Checklist
   2. Application for Cottage Food Operations Registration / Health Permit
2. PICTURES (in PDF format) of your set up: your 10x10 straight leg, vendor canopy, including screens OR Food Truck with dimensions. Banners and signage.
3. PICTURES (in PDF format) of all 40 pound canopy style weights filled with sand ONLY for each leg of canopy(s); no other weights are permitted. Setups are to be securely weighted and properly attached. Market insurance will not cover vendor negligence. Below is a picture of the only type of weights that we accept, and a link to the set we use.
4. Vendor Insurance with no less than $1,000,000 in liability coverage.

6. Trashcan available outside of booth to customers at all times. Shade canopies for the summer.
