5 Spice Celery and Shiitake Stir Fry

Heat oil in wok or large pan over medium-high heat, add celery and cook 2 minutes while stirring.
Add the shiitakes and cook 2 minutes more. Season w salt pepper and 5 spice, stir.
Turn to low then make the glaze. In a small bowl whisk together the OJ, zest, sesame oil and honey. Season w salt and pepper then add to pan or wok.
Stir to coat then turn off heat and add sesame seeds and fresh herbs
Makes 4 servings. This dish is delicious served over rice or quinoa, great with fish, shrimp or chicken. Add Cashews or peanuts for more crunchiness!
